Due to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and high-performing team. The Role In this position, you will: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Deliver evidence-based, client-centred interventions. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team. Support clients across a diverse caseload. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team that prioritises clinician wellbeing, development, and manageable caseloads. What’s On Offer Competitive salary: $90K – $120K Super. Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Strong communication and time management skills. A collaborative and proactive approach. Highly regarded (but not essential): Experience in NDIS and/or disability settings Knowledge of AAC, dysphagia, and mealtime management Additional Opportunity – Team Leader For more experienced clinicians, there is also an opportunity to step into a Team Leader position, involving mentoring, clinical supervision, and supporting team development.
