Purpose: To test, verify, improve and assist the development of SkyCiv structural analysis and design software, under the core product values of SkyCiv. Main Goals: Verifi cation of software, assisting in structural engineering advice and using structural design experience to assist users through customer support Reporting to: Development Team, CEO, CTO Responsibilities: Technical Support & Customer Assistance Provide expert guidance to users on structural analysis and design using SkyCiv software. Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their workfl ow. Educate users on best practices and industry standards for structural engineering. Providing assistance to the development team for general structural engineering questions Software Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct rigorous testing of SkyCiv software to ensure accuracy and reliability. Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the development team to enhance software performance. Product Development & Innovation Contribute engineering expertise to the development of new features and tools. Provide insights into industry trends and customer needs to drive innovation. Validate software calculations and ensure compliance with global engineering codes.Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing Develop educational materials, tutorials, and documentation for users. Write technical articles and case studies to showcase the software’s capabilities. Conduct webinars and training sessions to engage and educate clients. Client Engagement & Business Growth Support sales and marketing teams by demonstrating software capabilities to potential clients. Gather feedback from users to improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in developing tailored solutions for enterprise clients and large-scale projects.
