Your Employer Our client is a vertically integrated agribusiness operating a premium Wagyu beef supply chain, servicing both domestic and international markets. They have developed a differentiated feeding program and maintain a strong focus on animal welfare and product consistency. The Role This role leads production planning and coordination across a branded Wagyu program, acting as the key link between processing, sales and supply chain operations. You will ensure production runs are efficient, specifications are met, and customer orders are delivered accurately while optimising yield and carcase utilisation. Key responsibilities include: Develop and manage production schedules aligned to orders Coordinate kill, boning and packing with processors Oversee production runs on-site and maintain specifications Monitor yield, utilisation and cost performance Support order fulfilment and inventory planning Analyse production data and report on outcomes About You You are an experienced production or processing professional with strong technical knowledge of beef operations and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for the role, it’s important you can address the following criteria: Experience in meat processing or production planning, with strong knowledge of beef primals, yields and specifications Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders across processing, sales, feedlots, logistics, and customers High level of flexibility, adaptability, and able to travel frequently to Warwick processing plant for production days Relevant qualifications or certificates associated with Beef/Meat Production industries (desirable) The Benefits: This opportunity offers a mix of operational ownership, industry exposure and flexibility, working across office and processing environments within a growing premium beef enterprise.
