The Opportunity We are seeking an Estimator / Project Engineer to support both pre-contract estimating and project delivery activities across a range of energy, mining and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical infrastructure projects (LV, MV and HV systems) Review electrical drawings, specifications and scope documentation for substations, transmission and distribution projects Support tender and bid preparation, including cost build-ups and submissions Liaise with engineers, project managers and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical input Assist with project planning, scheduling and delivery coordination Monitor project costs and support reporting on budget vs actual performance Assist with variations, change management and commercial tracking Contribute to project delivery activities as required, including site coordination support Support continuous improvement of estimating and project delivery processes About You Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline Experience in electrical estimating or project engineering within HV infrastructure environments Background in energy, mining, utilities, infrastructure or EPC/EPCM environments Strong understanding of cost estimation, project scopes and construction methodologies Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation Strong analytical and numerical capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work across both commercial and technical project functions Why Join Partum Engineering?
