Impact You Will Have in This Role This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll oversee the operations of a specialist accommodation service and community hub supporting women and children experiencing homelessness, including those impacted by domestic and family violence. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality service delivery, build strong sector partnerships and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of a specialist housing and accommodation service. Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to a multidisciplinary team. Ensure trauma-informed, person-centred service delivery and best practice case management. Oversee accommodation operations, including occupancy and vacancy management. Build collaborative relationships with government, community and sector partners. Drive quality improvement, compliance, governance and reporting outcomes. Manage operational budgets and support funding and reporting requirements. Foster a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive workplace and service environment. About You You are an experienced leader with a background in homelessness, housing, domestic and family violence, or broader community services. You thrive in operational leadership roles and are passionate about delivering high-quality services that create lasting community impact. You'll bring: Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Experience leading teams within homelessness, housing, accommodation or community services. Strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice. Experience managing operations, budgets and compliance. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills. Knowledge of risk management, continuous improvement and service quality.
