The role We are looking for a Lawyer or Associate with 2 years PAE to join our specialist Sydney Commercial Real Estate team. The work within the team is fast-paced, complex and diverse. This role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work on market-leading transactions within a high-performing and genuinely collaborative team. You will be working with major listed and unlisted property funds, federal state and local government, offshore investors, multinational technology companies, major banks, large not-for-profits, high net worth families and private investors on varied transactions and projects from single assets to multi-jurisdictional deals across all asset classes, including commercial offices, industrial and logistics, retail, community housing, student accommodation, commercial residential and agribusiness. Your work will include significant capital transactions (acquisitions and divestments), due diligence (including for major corporate M&A transactions), leasing, development agreements and 'off-the-plan' developments for commercial and residential developments. For cross border transactions, you will have the opportunity to work with our interstate offices and international partners. The successful candidate will be working closely with highly regarded Partners Brooke Glastonbury and Cain Sarah, along with other senior lawyers with industry leading knowledge and experience.
