Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Registered Architect with a strong design focus to play a key role within their residential sector, contributing to high-quality multi-residential and mixed-use developments. The Role This is a unique opportunity to work across design-focused project teams, where you will: Lead and contribute to concept design and design development on major residential projects Drive design excellence and project outcomes across multiple stages Engage closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Support the transition from design into delivery and design management Influence projects through strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills About You You are a passionate and design-driven Architect who thrives in a collaborative studio environment. We’re looking for someone who brings: Registration (MUST) Proven experience delivering multi-residential or mixed-use projects Strong design capability (concept early design stages) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills A natural ability to lead design conversations and influence outcomes Exposure or interest in Design Management / project leadership pathways Proficiency in Revit Why Apply?
