About the role As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role within a collaborative project team, contributing to the design and delivery of complex architectural projects across all phases. You will lead smaller teams, ensure project quality and compliance, and support the ongoing development of design excellence within the practice. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate small project teams to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes Contribute to design development across all project phases, from concept through to delivery Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and project requirements Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation to meet key deliverables Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders About you To be successful in this role, you will have: A recognised qualification in Architecture and current registration (ARBV or equivalent) 4-6 years' postgraduate experience across a range of project types Strong technical capability and proficiency in the design software such as Revit and Adobe Suite Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor team members effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders What's in it for you?
