An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced fencing installers to join our growing Estate Fencing division, working across both the northern and southern suburbs. About the job: In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation of estate boundary fencing within residential land developments. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes across active subdivision sites. Your responsibilities will include: Installation of estate boundary fencing across Perth metro residential subdivisions Reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans accurately Communicating professionally with lot owners, clients, and site supervisors Working collaboratively with internal teams, including supervisors, administration, and management Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard What we're looking for: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in domestic Colorbond® fencing installation in line with industry standards Ability to operate as an ABN / PTY LTD contractor with appropriate insurances (public liability and workers compensation) Suitable transport, tools, and equipment to complete fencing installations across various ground conditions (sand, limestone, laterite walls) Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, homeowners, and site teams High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship Full working rights in Australia Current Construction White Card Valid Western Australian Driver’s Licence What LD Total can offer: Attractive rates with consistent, long-term work Immediate start available for suitable candidates Strong pipeline of ongoing estate development projects Supportive and well-established team environment APPLY NOW by scrolling down to complete the online application or get in touch with Scott via email with your resume and cover letter: scottf@ldtotal.com.au
