Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments. Support project teams with practical HSE guidance and legislative compliance. Maintain HSE systems, reporting and contractor management processes. Build strong relationships with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients. Skills & Experience Experience within commercial construction, building, fit-out or major project environments. Certificate IV or Certificate V in Work Health & Safety (minimum). Diploma in Work Health & Safety highly regarded. Strong knowledge of WA WHS legislation and construction industry requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
