Hello! We’re Decor Systems, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Culture Manager to take ownership of how we show up to the market — and to our own team. This isn’t a typical marketing role. And it’s definitely not a “head of” role sitting above the work. This is for someone who wants to own it end-to-end — strategy, execution, and everything in between. About the Role You’ll be responsible for the full marketing function at Decor Systems — from shaping the brand through to delivering campaigns, content and digital performance. At the same time, you’ll own how our culture shows up internally and externally — from recruitment messaging through to internal comms and employer brand. It’s a hands-on role. You’ll set direction, but you’ll also be the one making things happen. No direct reports. You’ll work with external partners where needed, but ultimately — you’re accountable for the outcome. About Decor Systems Decor Systems is Australia’s leading supplier of architectural acoustic products. We work with architects, designers and builders to bring some pretty impressive spaces to life — from theatres and universities through to major commercial projects. We’ve recently rebranded, built a new website, and continue to grow strongly. Now we’re looking for someone who can take what we’ve built and push it to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll sit across everything marketing and culture: Brand & Marketing Own and evolve our brand positioning and messaging Build and execute marketing plans and campaigns Manage content, social, website and paid channels end-to-end Ensure everything we put out is high quality and commercially aligned Digital & Content Run the website (SEO, performance, optimisation) Develop content that actually supports sales — not just looks good Manage case studies, product content and thought leadership Sales Enablement Work closely with sales to understand what’s needed Build tools and collateral that help win work Support early-stage engagement and specification Product & Go-To-Market Lead launches for new products and capabilities Keep an eye on competitors and market trends Events & Industry Coordinate CPDs, events and industry presence Culture & Employer Brand Own how Decor shows up to potential hires Support internal comms, updates and key moments Help shape and evolve our culture in a practical, real way Performance & Reporting Track what’s working and what’s not Optimise campaigns, channels and spend Manage budgets and external suppliers (If you like variety, you’ll love this. If you want a narrow lane — this isn’t it.) About You You’re someone who: Likes owning outcomes, not just tasks Is just as comfortable planning strategy as executing it Can jump from a campaign plan to updating a webpage without blinking Has strong digital capability (SEO, content, paid, website) Understands how marketing actually drives revenue Works well with sales and isn’t afraid to challenge or push Has high standards and notices when things aren’t right You’ve likely got 3–5 years in marketing , but more importantly — you can show that you’ve actually delivered results. Working at Decor Systems We want this to be the best job you’ve had. We’re a team of people who care about what we do and how we do it. We work hard, we push for high standards, and we back each other. There’s flexibility in how you work, but also a strong expectation that you take ownership and deliver. We collaborate, we challenge each other, and we celebrate wins when they happen. Final Word This role isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for: A big team to manage Someone else to do the execution A slow-paced environment …it’s probably not the right fit. But if you want: Ownership Variety The chance to actually shape something We’d love to hear from you.
