We are currently expanding our variety of dishes and planning to expand our venue, and are looking for multiple talented Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare high-quality dishes with attention to flavour, presentation, and consistency. Design and execute menus, including collaborating with kitchen staff and management on seasonal menus and specials. Handle comprehensive kitchen management, team management, and inventory management. Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Train and guide junior kitchen staff where required. Requirements Atleast 2 years of proven experience as a Chef. Desired education level is a vocational qualification or certificate, though culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential with strong experience. Deep knowledge of regional and international dishes. A creative approach to recipe development and food presentation. Excellent communication and team management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Bonus Points Experience in Australian kitchens or with multicultural dining audiences. Familiarity with dietary requirements, such as vegan and gluten-free. Experience with menu costing and inventory control.
