Your new role Cleanaway has an exciting opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic, commercially-minded and solutions driven Senior Associate level lawyer to join its high performing in-house team. Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will help promote the commercial success of the business by providing strategic legal input into all aspects of business activities and projects and delivering timely and pragmatic advice on legal matters. This broad and dynamic role will include advising on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, M&A, joint ventures, projects, litigation and dispute resolution, competition and consumer law. Your skills and experience The successful candidate will ideally have at least 6 years’ post admission experience gained at a well-recognised firm. Some in-house experience is beneficial but not essential for this role.
