Construction Director / Licensed Builder NSW | Residential Development & Construction The Opportunity Our client are seeking a highly experienced Construction Director / Licensed Builder to lead the delivery of residential projects across NSW. This role will oversee a portfolio of medium-density and volume housing developments , including detached homes, duplexes, and townhouses. This is a key leadership position within a growing, vertically integrated development and construction business, offering strong autonomy and long-term career progression.
