The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of a controls testing team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver across a range of uplift and transformation activities. This is not a pure technical testing role — it’s a people leadership position where your ability to lead, stabilise and drive outcomes will be key. Key Responsibilities Lead a team delivering controls testing across transformation and uplift initiatives Act as the primary escalation point for team and stakeholder issues Drive delivery against critical program timelines Provide structure, direction and stability to a transitioning team Partner with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance and the business Ensure consistent execution across testing and BAU activities What We’re Looking For Proven people leadership experience within risk, controls, or operational risk Ability to lead through change and rebuild team engagement Strong track record of delivering outcomes under pressure Experience in financial services (banking preferred, but not essential) Background in controls, risk or governance environments Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach Why This Role?
