As our project portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Drafter to join our growing team and contribute to the successful delivery of residential development projects. The Opportunity The Civil Engineering Drafter will play a key role in preparing and coordinating civil documentation for residential developments, ensuring that drawings and technical information meet project requirements, Australian standards, and construction specifications. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, layouts, and construction documentation for apartment, townhouse, and multi-residential development projects. Produce drafting packages based on engineering designs, survey information, planning requirements, and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure accurate integration of civil and building design elements. Interpret engineering reports, development conditions, and technical requirements to prepare compliant project documentation. Assist in the preparation and revision of drawings throughout planning, approval, and construction stages. Collect and review site information, survey data, and project records to support design development and documentation accuracy. Prepare quantity take-offs, material schedules, and technical documentation to assist project planning and delivery. Review drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with Australian standards, local authority requirements, and project specifications. Liaise with our teams to support project approvals, design coordination, and construction activities.
