As a Case Officer, you will be responsible for managing caseloads, assessing information, making decisions in line with legislation, policies and procedures, and providing support to customers throughout various processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and assess individual cases in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures Review, analyse and process information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email and written correspondence Provide high-quality customer service and resolve enquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records and update information across multiple systems Contribute to team objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives Exercise judgement when dealing with sensitive or complex matters within established guidelines About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in administration, case management, customer service, compliance or government environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information Ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement Proficiency using Microsoft Office and a range of computer systems Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Essential Requirements Must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application A current Baseline Security Clearance is highly desirable Candidates without a Baseline Clearance may still be considered but must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a Federal Government security clearance if required What's on Offer APS4 level opportunity within a Federal Government environment Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Supportive and collaborative team culture Valuable government experience and career development opportunities * Convenient Darwin CBD location Please note: Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
