Our client is seeking passionate Early Childhood professionals to join a newly built service offering childcare, along with three and four-year-old kindergarten, eventually transitioning to include pre-prep. Your key responsibilities will include; Working together with the team will support the provision of an environment where children can flourish and thrive, supported by evidence-informed, pedagogy and practice that upholds all elements of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and the National Quality Standards and is guided by the philosophy of Early Learning Victoria. Performs tasks consistent with qualifications under limited direction and able to manage workload efficiently. Demonstrates reflective practice where feedback is used constructively to improve teaching and learning experiences. Supports the creation of a positive learning environment by thoughtfully designing spaces which facilitate learning and rich interactions. Uses respectful communication to guide and support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development. Builds respectful relationships with families and staff and ensures that all children feel safe and valued within a supportive classroom. You are a Early Childhood professional who loves working in a collaborative culture and has values building effective relationships with children, families and colleagues to maximise impact of the centre in the local community.
