Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations that keep the College running seamlessly – from student accommodation and facility management to events and customer-facing services. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Leading the day-to-day operations of student residences, conference facilities and events, reception services, maintenance and campus services Ensuring all accommodation, facilities and grounds are maintained to a consistently high, safe and welcoming standard Providing strong leadership to residential, maintenance and administration teams, building capability and driving performance Driving a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on excellence, continuous improvement and innovation Managing maintenance programs (planned, preventative and reactive) in line with OH&S and compliance requirements Overseeing reception to ensure a professional, customer-focused first point of contact Coordinating major College events including Open Day, Graduation and O Week Supporting the implementation of the College Operational Plan and contributing to key projects Managing contractor and tenant relationships across the campus Identifying opportunities to improve utilisation of College facilities and enhance the campus experience Ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and risk management requirements across all operations IS THIS YOU?
