We are seeking passionate and independent Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists to join a developing NDIS-focused service delivering community-based supports across metro and regional NSW . This is a unique opportunity to step into a flexible, varied role spanning Sydney and Dubbo , with fully supported regional travel and the chance to help build up the Allied Health space from the ground up! Locations Western Sydney & Dubbo (split-base role) Flexible travel required between sites Example structure: 2 weeks Sydney / 1 week Dubbo (open to negotiation) Western Sydney clinic open from July 2026 About The Role Deliver allied health services to a mixed caseload under the NDIS Manage your own caseload independently with admin support provided Travel between Sydney and Dubbo as required Work autonomously in a developing service Ability to tailor caseload mix to your interests and experience Benefits: $85,000 – $115,000 superannuation more!
