About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a national rehabilitation provider in Sydney, NSW, specialising in New Employer Services. In this leadership role you will induct, train and mentor Rehabilitation Consultants, support daily operations across quality, performance and productivity, and contribute to the recruitment and retention of industry-leading consultants. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager while bringing deep knowledge of New Employer Services, Vocational Assessments and Psychological Same Employer Services to drive outstanding return to work outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Induction, training and mentoring of Rehabilitation Consultants Support the recruitment, selection and retention of industry-leading consultants Support the Senior Operations Manager to maintain daily operations across quality, performance and productivity Drive and support RTW outcomes across the team Provide coaching, feedback and strategic guidance to consultants Quality proofing of reports and conducting strategic file reviews Ensure KPIs are met and SLAs are maintained across the team Benefits: $110,000 - $125,000 per annum superannuation Flexibility and autonomy in the role Work from home and office environment Laptop and smartphone provided Comprehensive induction, training and mentoring program Opportunity for career advancement Competitive salary based on clinical and workplace rehabilitation experience About You: Rehabilitation Counsellor (Full ASORC) or Registered Psychologist (essential) 4-5 years' experience working within workplace rehabilitation as a Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader (desirable) Extensive knowledge of New Employer Services, Vocational Assessments and Psychological Same Employer Services Knowledge of psychological injury assessments and same employer return to work services post psychological injury Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and meet SLAs, or support team members in achieving these Proven experience driving RTW outcomes Demonstrated core leadership qualities — ability to mentor, provide feedback and coaching Exceptional time management and organisational skills Experience in quality proofing of reports and strategic file reviews (desirable) A genuine desire to support team members to be the best they can be Eligible to work in Australia About Us: MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
