Responsible for managing the preparation and refurbishment of used vehicles prior to showroom display and customer delivery. Oversees inspections, repairs, detailing, vendor coordination, quality control, and turnaround times to ensure vehicles meet company standards and sales targets. Requires strong automotive knowledge, organisational skills, and experience in dealership or workshop operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise the end-to-end reconditioning process for used vehicles. Coordinate mechanical repairs, bodywork, paint correction, detailing, and cosmetic refurbishment. Ensure all vehicles meet company presentation, safety, and compliance standards. Monitor turnaround times to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready within target deadlines. Conduct quality inspections before vehicles are released for display or delivery. About You; Experience in automotive reconditioning, dealership operations, or workshop supervision. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, cosmetic repairs, and detailing processes. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and vendor coordination abilities. Computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems.
