Working within a busy and collaborative HR team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day people operations while ensuring a positive employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities Maintain accurate employee records, training matrices, and HR documentation Support compliance, policies, procedures, and workforce reporting Assist with training coordination, inductions, and internal communications Provide administrative support across recruitment and HR projects Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner About You Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator position Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Construction, engineering, or blue-collar industry experience will be highly regarded Available to commence at short notice What's on Offer Initial 2-month contract with the possibility of extension Competitive rate South Brisbane location Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to gain experience with a highly regarded construction business To apply, click the "Apply Now" button.
