We are partnering with a large and well established resources organisation to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for an initial 6 month contract, with strong potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing, close knit team supporting a rapidly growing blue collar workforce across major operational sites. The Role: This is a fast paced, hands on position supporting onboarding and workforce mobilisation activities. You will play a key role in ensuring new starters are job ready and compliant, while delivering a positive onboarding experience. Key responsibilities include: Supporting onboarding processes for a high volume blue collar workforce Conducting candidate check ins to confirm availability and readiness Coordinating pre employment checks including: Medical assessments Background and criminal history checks Licence and ticket verification Assisting with HR inductions and safety inductions Maintaining accurate and up to date records across systems Providing general HR administrative support to a busy team About You: You are an energetic, people focused individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
