Whilst also being responsbile for ensuring quality and compliance of the online Learning Management System across the Organisation. About You Diploma level qualification in relevant field Experience in Leadership Development or Organisational Development is highly regarded Demonstrated experience in developing training material in line with adult learning principles A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to build successful and strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders A proven ability to naturally lead and manage a diverse team.
