This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting all-rounder who enjoys working across a broad range of responsibilities and being involved in continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys identifying opportunities to improve systems and reporting processes. About the Role Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in the finance function and be involved in a variety of accounting and reporting duties, including: Balance sheet reconciliations Month-end and year-end close processes Assisting with external audits Monthly management reporting BAS preparation and lodgement Financial analysis and reporting support Process improvement and workflow efficiencies Supporting broader finance team activities as required About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience CPA or CA qualification (or currently studying towards completion) Strong reconciliation and reporting experience High level Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with an appreciation of deadlines Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities to ensure efficient communication A passion for systems and process improvement Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty Positive, friendly and outcome focused attitude Self-motivated with the ability to use common sense and initiative Experience with Power BI is highly regarded, although not essential.
