About the role We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to play a critical role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, working closely with project teams and subcontractors across our growing QLD operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating site activities, driving program outcomes, and ensuring compliance across all areas of construction delivery. What you'll do Contribute to project planning including construction management plans, program, and workplace relations strategies Provide input into subcontractor labour, supervision requirements, and workforce planning Lead site walks, coordinate site meetings, and proactively manage non-conformances and key issues Communicate and enforce health and safety requirements, ensuring compliance is embedded across all subcontractors Champion a strong HSE and Quality culture by setting clear expectations and leading by example Ensure subcontractors understand key milestones and are motivated and supported to meet delivery targets Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements Coordinate site logistics including deliveries, craneage, materials handling, storage, and site facilities Identify and mitigate risks throughout all phases of construction Build strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders Manage workplace relations matters and implement effective resolutions Support commissioning, site establishment, and authority requirements as projects progress Provide regular updates, attend key meetings, and drive accountability for action items Who we're looking for You’re an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong track record in commercial construction, confident leading teams on-site and driving outcomes across safety, quality, and programme delivery. You build trusted relationships easily and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. Demonstrated experience successfully managing construction sites with proven results A strong understanding of subcontractor markets with established industry relationships The ability to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across all levels A commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard Skills & knowledge Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordination Ability to identify, assess, and manage risk across construction activities Working knowledge of relevant building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements Relevant qualifications, either in a trade with experience on the tools, or a background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline How to apply If you have the demonstrated skills and experience above, we’d love to hear from you.
