The role owns commercial P&L performance, revenue growth management (NRM), and disciplines trade and marketing investment decisions to maximize return on investment. It provides forward-looking financial insights that shape pricing, customer strategies and innovation decisions while ensuring delivery of Net Customer Sales, Gross Margin, and Operating profit across the cluster. The position reports to the ANZA Finance Director and leads two Financial Analysts supporting commercial finance activities across the region. What we look for: Commercial Business Partnering Act as the primary finance partner to the ANZA Sales Director and Marketing Director to support commercial strategy and execution. Provide financial leadership in customer negotiations, pricing decisions, promotional strategies, and distribution expansion. Deliver actionable insights on performance drivers, risks and opportunities to the ANZA Leadership Team. Lead and manage team to develop and expand strategic financial partnership capabilities with a focus on high performance, cross functional partnership and building capability P&L Performance Management Own the delivery of Net Customer Sales, Gross Margin and SBU profit across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Lead commercial forecasting, annual planning and monthly performance reviews to the cluster. Identify profit risks and opportunities early and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Revenue Growth Management (NRM) Lead the ANZA NRM agenda, including pricing strategy, trade investment optimizations, promotional effectiveness, and mix improvement. Drive governance and transparency of Reduced revenue and Trade Spend investments across key customers. Partner with global and AMEA teams to implement NRM best practices and strengthen commercial analytic capabilities. Commercial Investment Governance Evaluate A&SP and customer investments to ensure strong ROI and alignment with strategic growth priorities. Support major innovation launches and distribution expansion with clear profitability roadmaps. Ensure balanced decision making between short-term profit delivery and long-term brand health. Experience: 10 years of progressive finance experience with strong commercial finance exposure Proven experience in business partnering with Sales and Marketing organizations. Strong track record managing P&L performance and driving profitable growth. Experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, and trade investment optimization. Experience working in multinational FMCG or consumer goods environment preferred. Experience in people management and development of high performing teams Skills and Abilities Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate financial insights into business decisions. Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis capability Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership teams. Ability to simplify complex data into clear and compelling business insights. Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership capability. High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving capability. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
