As NSW Branch Manager, you will be a key member of the management team, taking full ownership of branch performance, leading a strong operational team, managing key client relationships, and driving commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day branch operations and drive operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team Drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Make sound commercial decisions to improve profitability and performance Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction Manage operational processes using CargoWise One Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards About You You will bring: 5 years’ experience in a Branch Manager or Senior Operations Management role Strong, hands-on experience with CargoWise One Proven leadership capability in managing and motivating teams Strong commercial acumen and confident decision-making ability Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive, solutions focused approach Experience within freight forwarding essential Interested?
