About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional and office admins who thrives in both B2B and B2C environments. You will play a key role in driving business growth by securing new clients, managing existing accounts, and delivering outstanding customer service across your portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Conduct outreach to prospective customers Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI requirements Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts Deliver exceptional customer service and account management Manage meetings and presentations with large B2B organisations Maintain accurate client records and reporting through CRM systems Collaborate effectively with the wider team while also working independently What We’re Looking For Native English speaker Live within a 20-30-minute drive of Manly, or willing to relocate to Manly or surrounding areas Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and customer service within fast-paced industries Previous experience in industries such as waste management, construction, real estate, or telecommunications highly regarded but not mandatory Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPI targets Strong customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills High-level CRM experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously Experience managing end-to-end sales meetings with B2C and large B2B organisations Ability to work from the Manly office during the week Strong team player with the ability to also work independently Able to use AI for daily office tasks Why Join Us?
