Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, channel partners, and key accounts across Southeast Asia, ensuring long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying opportunities to increase sales performance. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, product penetration, and market share within existing channels. Provide product education, training, and commercial support to distributors, healthcare professionals, and relevant industry stakeholders. Assist channel partners with product recommendations, pricing proposals, promotional activities, and strategies to maximize end-customer sales. Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and support business planning. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, inventory planning, and customer support activities. Identify and pursue new channel partnerships and business opportunities within Southeast Asia to support strategic market expansion. Maintain and leverage industry relationships with beauty clinics, private hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders across Southeast Asia. Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and market intelligence updates to support decision-making and business growth.
