About the position Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium cosmetic dental clinic in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the appointment book, patient flow, team performance, operational processes and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently manage front-of-house, support clinical operations and analyse performance metrics to improve results. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient interaction reflects a premium standard of care, particularly for patients seeking cosmetic and high-value dental treatments such as veneers, dental implants, crowns, teeth whitening, smile makeovers, Invisalign and other aesthetic procedures.
