About the opportunity Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an Equipment Sales Specialist to manage a high-performing NSW territory. This is a field-based sales role focused on dental equipment, working closely with dealers, dental practices and internal stakeholders to drive continued success. Responsibilities Manage and grow an established, high-performing NSW sales territory across dental equipment Build strong relationships with dealer partners, dental professionals and key decision-makers Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations and progress opportunities through the sales cycle Deliver professional presentations, proposals and customer education to support commercial outcomes Maintain strong territory planning, CRM discipline, market awareness and regular competitor monitoring Skills and Experience Proven sales experience, ideally within dental and/or radiology Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand software, hardware and imaging solutions Confident communicator with the ability to present, negotiate and build trust with customers Commercially driven, hungry to sell and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role Benefits Highly flexible working environment with genuine autonomy across the territory Field-based role with the ability to access the office whenever required Ongoing product training delivered across the year Supportive, friendly and stable team culture Competitive salary package including base salary, superannuation, car allowance, bonus, phone, internet, laptop and business-related tolls and parking How to Apply Click apply or contact James Stinson, Specialist Manager on 0448 808 732 for a confidential discussion.
