This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager who is passionate about quality care, clinical governance and leading high-performing teams. Working within a supportive leadership structure, you'll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting staff development and ensuring outstanding outcomes for residents.
