You must have: Significant experience in managing a front desk Provide exceptional customer service Experience handling client inquiries by phone and directing them appropriately A highly organised approach and excellent client communication skills Facility management skills, including booking and preparing meeting rooms etc. Experience with administrative tasks on ad-hoc basis WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience as a receptionist in a legal or professional services environment (2 years preferred) Strong spoken and written communication skills with attention to detail Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks Ability to demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently Must be a team player The ability to refer clients to the firm is also highly rewarded Experience with paralegal or legal administration work an added bonus WHATS ON OFFER Pay commensurate with your experience A fun culture without hierarchy or egos Flexibility with work hours and/or job sharing for the right candidate Details Apply Now
