Morson Edge Recruitment are looking for a Fire Alarm Technician to undertake service work on residential strata, through to commercial office, hotels, factories, schools, airports and government contracts across the Sydney area for a well reputable Fire Contractor. You will be responsible for Programming experience with the main FIP panels – AMPAC, Pertronic, Notifier, Tyco, Simplex Experience with FIP/EWIS upgrades, installations, testing and commissioning Knowledge of applicable standards for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. Train other fire techs in detection systems/fault finding/programming/installs etc. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of fault-finding experience and programming. Good communication skills – writing notes, scoping rectification works Knowledge of applicable standards for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems.
