We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator . This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Registered Nurse or emerging clinical leader looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and well-structured environment. Working closely with the Facility Manager and Care Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical operations, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained across the home.
