Our client is a highly reputable Multi-Residential Builder with a strong pipeline of high-rise apartment projects across Brisbane & the Gold Coast. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Hoist Operator to join their team in a full-time permanent role commencing late June 2026 on one of their projects in the Gold Coast. What’s on Offer Full-time permanent position direct with our client $40–$45 per hour Super Overtime rates available Long-term project pipeline Supportive and professional site team Opportunity to work on landmark high-rise developments across the Gold Coast About the Role - This position will involve operating the site hoist as required, however the successful candidate will not be based in the hoist full-time. The role will also include assisting site teams with general labouring and Trades Assistant duties across the project. Duties may include: Safe operation of personnel and material hoists Assisting trades on site General labouring and site housekeeping Material handling and movement Assisting with deliveries and logistics coordination Supporting site supervisors and construction teams as required Requirements: Previous experience operating construction hoists on commercial or high-rise projects Current High Risk Work Licence MUST hold a current Forklift Licence White Card Ability to assist with labouring and TA duties when required Strong understanding of site safety procedures Reliable transport and strong work ethic Highly Regarded Candidates holding additional construction tickets will be heavily favoured, including: EWP Licence Working at Heights Telehandler Ticket Additional machinery or site operation tickets Apply Now If you are an experienced Hoist Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected builder on the Gold Coast, we would love to hear from you.
