The Corporate Finance Manager leads high quality analysis for all corporate finance activities of the organisation including investment evaluation, valuations, capital management and financial planning and analysis. Strategic Investment Oversight Lead the commercial evaluation of investment and development opportunities. Develop and review of financial models to assess return metrics and investment hurdles. Prepare high quality reports for Board, Executive and Investor audiences. Business Partnering & Decision Support Provide strategic financial guidance to business units to support pricing, operational, and investment decisions. Review and challenge business unit performance, including return on capital and value creation metrics. Reporting & Forecasting Manage the preparation and delivery of annual financial review documents, quarterly shareholder and debt investor reports, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Lead the annual planning cycle including forecast, budget, Corporate Financial Model and Business Plan update. Support business units in developing and owning their cash flow forecasts, creating alignment between the Strategic Plan, Corporate Plan, and Business Unit Plans Assist with the ongoing operation of the Corporate Financial Model including responding to any additional Shareholder requirements. Engage with the business to ensure forecasts are jointly owned and clearly understood Present financial insights and recommendations to Senior Business Leaders, and key stakeholders. Preparation of adhoc reports and analysis as required. Capital Management Assist with capital management initiatives including refinancing, hedging strategies, dividend policy, and annual capital planning. Evaluate funding options and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and develop finance analysts and team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the finance function. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders including, investors, ratings agencies and executive leadership. Proactively engage with the business to pre-empt financial issues and help them to make better financial decisions and understand the financial context we operate within Deliver high-impact presentations and reports tailored to diverse audiences. Qualifications Essential Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline; Accounting or financial analyst qualifications with designated recognition from either CA ANZ, CPA, CFA or equivalent. Desirable Post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance Experience Essential Complex financial modelling. Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite of Office products with Advanced Excel skills. Analysis of financial information in order to identify key drivers and reasons for variances against expectations. Preparation of high quality written reports for executives and Boards. Business analysis, due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, corporate finance in a corporate or chartered background Experience of interfacing with financial teams and executives.
