We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Plan menus and assist in the development of new food items and seasonal offerings Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards Monitor quality of food throughout preparation and service Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service periods Instruct and train kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation standards Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation of all dishes Monitor stock levels, rotate stock, and order food supplies as required Estimate food requirements and assist with kitchen cost control Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations Inspect equipment, work areas, and food storage areas to ensure health and safety standards are maintained Manage food preservation, storage, and temperature control procedures Work collaboratively with management to improve kitchen operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications & Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or Diploma of Hospitality Management Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment Experience in Asian-fusion cuisine and modern café dining is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive salary package Full-time stable employment Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work with creative and modern Asian-fusion cuisine Career growth and development opportunities How to Apply If you are passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional dining experiences, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
