Description About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional to join Wilderness School as an Enrolments Assistant, supporting the delivery of a responsive and welcoming enrolment experience for prospective families. Reporting to the Enrolments Manager, you will coordinate admissions processes across the full enrolment journey. From initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment, maintaining accurate records, supporting digital workflows and communications, and providing daily front office coverage as a welcoming first point of contact for our school community. This is a permanent position offering flexible hours between 4 and 5 days per week, negotiable to suit the right candidate. About You Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with a high level of customer service, ideally supported by a Certificate III in Administration or equivalent Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence learning new software platforms and database systems Experience using CRM, enrolment or student management systems, with Synergetic experience highly regarded Ability to generate reports, manage segmented communications and support digital workflows or automated communications Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, with a warm and professional approach to engaging with students, families and staff Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information A flexible, solutions-focused team player with a genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Wilderness School Skills And Experiences At Wilderness School, we know that people thrive when they feel supported, valued, and inspired.
