You’ll sit at the centre of a major marketing transformation, owning CRM, lifecycle marketing and digital performance capability across acquisition, retention and customer engagement.You’ll partner across marketing, product, media and leadership teams to build smarter customer journeys, improve personalisation, optimise performance marketing outcomes and drive meaningful growth at scale — while leading and scaling a newly formed team of 3.
