Carpenter - Contract Position Overview An opportunity is available for a skilled Carpenter to join a remedial building company based in Coolum Beach. You will be responsible for performing carpentry work focused on repairs and restoration to support building maintenance and remediation projects. Key Responsibilities Carry out carpentry tasks to mend and repair structures as required on-site Accurately measure, cut, shape and assemble wood materials Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality requirements Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople on remediation projects Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Required Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably with exposure to remedial or repair work Good understanding of carpentry techniques and materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Position Details Location: Coolum Beach Employment Type: Contract Work Type: Casual Hours: Approx. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Weekly pay Benefits Details on remuneration and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
