About the Role We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our team. The successful applicant will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role involves analysing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, recommending system improvements, and supporting the deployment and optimisation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities Working with users to formulate and document business requirements Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and manage projects (keep the technical/project management aspects, remove purely business strategy focus) Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, including creating and implementing system test plans Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes Developing functional specifications for use by system developers Using data and process modelling techniques to create system specifications Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance in system project decision-making Consulting with users and programmers to design improvements to the functionality of websites, apps, and systems Skills and Experience 1year experience in systems analysis, IT consulting, or software project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in data modelling, process analysis, and project management tools.
