Success in this role comes down to speed, organisation, commercial awareness and your ability to build strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and converting inbound enquiries Building relationships with architects, designers, builders and developers Preparing and coordinating quotes, samples and customer requests Managing opportunities through Zoho CRM Following up leads and driving projects through to completion Leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and customer outcomes Maintaining accurate records and sales activity Achieving and exceeding sales and conversion KPIs About You We're looking for someone who is naturally driven, proactive and commercially minded. You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify opportunities, solve problems and take ownership. You'll likely bring: Previous experience in sales, customer success, account coordination or a similar client-facing role A track record of achieving targets and delivering strong customer outcomes Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience using CRM systems (Zoho experience will be highly regarded) A genuine interest in architecture, design, construction or premium products A positive, energetic attitude and desire to build a long-term career Who Will Thrive Here?
