Part Time - Mona Vale - NSW Part -Time Maintenance Person – Pittwater RSL Permanent Position | 8 - 28 Hours per Week (As required) Pittwater RSL is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team in a part-time permanent role . This position offers flexibility and would ideally suit a mature individual or retiree looking to stay active in a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a friendly team. Please note this is not a contractor position - we're hiring an in-house team member. About the Role: Employment Type: Part-time, permanent Hours: 8-28 hours per week Days: THURS-MON (TUES & WED OFF) Location: Pittwater RSL, Northern Beaches Remuneration: $30-$36 per hour depending on experience Reporting: Directly to the Clubs Maintenance Co- Ordinator & Leadership Team Key Responsibilities: General hand role General maintenance and repairs throughout the club Ground / garden care & cleaning as required Club events set up & Pack down Basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work as required Responding to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently Ensuring the venue is safe, presentable, and well-maintained Coordinating with external trades where necessary Ideal Candidate: Practical, hands-on experience in a maintenance role Honest, dependable, and proactive Works well independently and takes initiative Flexible with hours and available for weekend work Has a mature and responsible attitude Cultural Fit (Customer Focused) Basic IT Literacy What We Offer: Discounted meals while on shift Uniforms as required 2 x paid community volunteer days as required Supportive and welcoming team environment Opportunity to work in a respected community club
