About the role As our Brand Manager, you’ll champion product innovation and brand strategy, steering sophisticated digital media activations and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Senior Leaders to elevate our brand’s market presence. Drive the strategic direction of the brand and manage a dedicated portfolio Coordinate and drive subordinates in reaching their goals and responsibilities Manage NPD pipeline from ideation to launch Monitor A&P Spend and activities including Media Drive brand direction through our internal sales force Think outside the box to find new opportunities to grow the brand Ensure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executed Maintain the brands competitiveness with external competition via our own marketing mix Train / liaise with our sales team Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures About you You’re a driven , strategic marketer with a passion for building brands and delivering meaningful results. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, juggle multiple projects with ease, and bring a sharp commercial mindset to everything you do. Now, you’re ready to bring that energy to Bioglan and help shape the future of our growing portfolio 1-2 years marketing experience within the FMCG Food Industry/Pharmacy OTC or Complementary Medicines space Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar. A high level of accuracy and a commitment to excellence. You build rapport easily and collaborate confidently across teams Proven experience managing the full New Product Development process, especially project management Comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, and making data‑driven decisions. Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies Hands‑on involvement in trade shows, events, and everything that comes with them. Strong understanding of market segments, research and market data The ability to work autonomously and have the drive to grow portfolios – always looking for and identifying opportunities Experience managing direct‑to‑consumer campaigns, including TV and print. Solid PC skills with intermediate Microsoft Office capability.
