What's On Offer Opportunity to lead the commercial acquisition and development side of the business Uncapped performance based incentives linked to commercial outcomes Move away from agency transactions and into owner/developer side Influence what gets bought, developed and held Direct access to the Director City fringe office location Be involved across the full lifecycle, from finding and acquiring the site through to development, leasing and seeing the build come to life The Role This is a senior role responsible for driving acquisition, feasibility, development strategy and performance across the commercial division. Sourcing, assessing and negotiating commercial property acquisition opportunities Leading feasibility studies, due diligence and financial modelling Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships and investment avenues Assessing tenant demand, leasing strategy, planning considerations and commercial return Driving profitability, revenue growth and return on investment across commercial projects Coordinating with legal, finance, planning, consultants and internal construction teams Overseeing project performance from acquisition through development, leasing and disposal or long term hold strategy Building strong relationships with agents, landowners, tenants, investors and commercial partners The Criteria Experience across commercial property, leasing, site acquisition, development or a related field Strong commercial and financial acumen, including feasibility, ROI, lease structures and development returns Strong Adelaide market relationships Confidence sourcing deals, assessing risk and negotiating with agents, owners, tenants and stakeholders Ability to work across acquisition, due diligence, development strategy and project performance Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or hit APPLY NOW.
