As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational excellence, and asset performance. Your day-to-day will involve building strong tenant and landlord relationships, solving challenges with a proactive mindset, and driving portfolio value. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise a portfolio of mixed assets. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers Oversee and develop income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits, property inspections, and manage operational issues Develop and implement leasing strategies to enhance occupancy and rental yields Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service What You Bring At least 3 years experience managing retail property portfolios Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A strategic, solutions-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexibility to manage various property types and client needs Why Apply?
