These roles offer a long-term, workshop-based alternative to FIFO - working on high-end underground machinery in a structured, well-equipped environment. What's on offer: $60.00 - $70.00ph super Rosters available: 7:7 (experienced Drill Fitters) or 5:2 Stable, ongoing role with guaranteed hours Home every night - no airports, no swings, no nights away Clean, organised workshop with OEM tooling and structured rebuild bays Supportive team culture with pathways into Leading Hand roles The Role: Strip, assess and rebuild a range of underground mining equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose and carry out preventative maintenance Follow OEM specs to deliver high-quality, compliant rebuilds Work within a tight-knit crew committed to high standards and safety What You'll Need: Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant trade certificate Experience with underground mobile equipment (preferred) Strong mechanical diagnostics and rebuild experience Safety-first mindset and proactive attitude Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening You'll work on the same high-end underground equipment found across WA's top mine sites - just without the flights, nights, or time away from home.
